When the kite show was dismantled we took all of the artists and went for a picnic and flew kites. Guest Sculptor, Gale Wagner, built the kites and head painter, Gayle Paul, facilitated the artist's work.

NIAD is an acronym for:
National Institute of Art and Disabilities. I spent my immediate post graduate period working at NIAD from 1990 thru 1995, when I became a credentialed classroom teacher.
