RAY’S PEAR, PECAN, and GORGONZOLA SALAD

1 bag mixed baby greens
2 Anjou pears, peeled, cored, quartered and cut into 3/4 inch pieces
1 bag Emerald Nut Pecans
3/4 cup crumbled gorgonzola cheese

Lightly toss all ingredients with your favorite Italian dressing
