RAY’S SAUTEED CORN

1 bag white corn
2 tablespoons chopped thyme
1 lemon, juiced and zested
Ground pepper
1 1/4 cup Olive oil
1/2 stick Butter
Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet add corn, thyme lemon juice and zest and pepper. Saute until corn carmelizes. |
